Production Description
PDC Cutters consist of diamond grit and tungsten carbide substrate, it will combines the advantage of both diamond and tungsten carbide and features as high abrasion resistant, high impact resistant, and high thermal stability. Cemented carbide substrate blanks for HPHT processing manufactured to custom dimensions in accordance with an agreed solution. Grades and designs are tailored to each customer based on individual needs and requirements. PDC Cutters are widely applied to oil/ gas drilling, geological exploration, coal mining and many other drilling and milling applications, toolng as PDC drill bits, such as steel PDC drill bits, Matrix PDC drill bits for oil and gas drilling and mining, Chain saw for marble and limestone quarry.

Application
Polycrystalline diamond materials, for use in polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) bits, are one of the most important material advances for oil drilling tools in recent years. When fixed-head bits use PDC cutters, they are commonly called PDC bits. Since their first production in 1976, the popularity of bits using PDC cutters has grown steadily, and they are nearly as common as roller-cone bits in many drilling applications.
With its in-house carbide powder production and modern sintering process control, JWE is able to maintain key carbide substrate properties, specifically magnetic saturation and coercivity. These properties are extremely consistent within a batch and across different batches.
