JK30.4 JK30.5 N Mushroom Cemented Tungsten Carbide Buttons for Quarrying Mining
Superior wear resistance and impact toughness are the essential characters of tungsten carbide buttons.
In open pit, underground mining equipments, carbide buttons are widely used, spare parts such as
picks, round shank pick, cutter teeth on drum head for tunnelling or trenching.

APPLICATION:
JK30.5N:
Coarse grain size, suitable for roadway excavation and tunnel excavation in hard rock layer,
with a high impact performance and thermal fatigue resistance.
JK30.4:
Good toughness and thermal fatigue resistance, suitable for mining, coal mining machines,
road headers, rotary excavators.

WORKSHOPS:
We have modernized factory with HIP sinter furnace with accurate controlled vacuum dewaxing process
and TPC presses for blank production with 60T pressure to make sure the blank solid and even formed.
Our production advantage:
1. Raw materials: Optimal selection of the international and domestic raw material suppliers, each batch of
raw materials go through the ball-milling test identification to ensure product quality from the source.
2. Granulation: enclosed powder granulation without emission as green environmental protection process.
3. Moulding:constant temperature and humidity, clean pressing moulding workshop and TPA pressing machines
to make sure the product size is accurate.
4. Sintering: advanced automatic control HIP sintering furnace with multi-atmosphere balanced temperature
control to assure stable product quality.
